Уильямс, Роберт Мур (Williams, Robert Moore) (19 июня 1907, Фармингтон, Миссури [Farmington, Missouri] - февраль-май 1977, Юма, Аризона [Yuma, Arizona]) - американский писатель. Окончил школу журналистики ун-та Миссури (School of Journalism) в 1931.
Жена - Маргарет Джелли (Margaret Jelley) (1938, разв. 1952).
Первая НФ публикация - рассказ "Ноль как предел" ("Zero As a Limit", 1937, как Robert Moore).
У. был педантичен в записях, касавшихся его творчества, он отмечал все отказы, публикации, хранил все бумаги и полностью передал их Калифорнийскому ун-ту штата - CSUF (Cal State University, Fullerton) для Fullerton Library's Special Collection of Science Fiction. Это собрание представляет одну из наиболее полно документированных творческих биографий писателя-фантаста.
Публиковался под псевдонимами John S. Browning, H.H. Harmon, Robert Moore, Russell Storm и издательским псевдонимом E.K. Jarvis.
